She also developed the first personalized search algorithm used by Bing and introduced microproductivity into Microsoft Office. 

This conversation centers around a report by Jaime Teevan and her colleagues at Microsoft, which is what they believe to be the world’s largest synthesis of findings related to how people’s work practices have evolved since the start of the pandemic.
